Pregnancy is the most special and unique time in your life and deserves to be celebrated in a special way. And this is our mission, to capture your inner strength and beauty (even if you don’t feel so due to the variety of changes your body is going through) through timeless works of art. We are proud to provide an unforgettable experience and create stunning portraits that celebrate you and the miraculous life within you. Your partner is welcome to join the session but we strongly recommend if can arrives at the end of the session.
OUR STYLE
Our maternity photography style is very elegant, classic and timeless. We love photos that are simple and clean.
SCHEDULING
Maternity sessions are best captured between 27 and 36 weeks, but if your schedule does not allow for that we would be happy to work with you on timing. Feel free to contact us as soon as possible to book your maternity photography session, but please don’t wait until last minute. I want to make your photoshoot experience exciting and more importantly: comfortable.
CONSULTATION
This session is created specifically to each client, and includes a consultation session with Gigi. She will discuss ideas on posing, lighting, wardrobe, and style. She will work closely with you and ideas will be heard and shared and expectations to make sure that your vision comes to life. Once your session is booked, we will send you a Maternity Guide with plenty of tips on how to prepare for your photo session.
WARDROBE
We have the most beautiful selection of silk draping, maternity gowns, form-fitting dresses provided for your session. We always recommend Professional hair and makeup artist and is included in our packages, so you can sit back and relax before your maternity session begins. Our assistants will be available throughout your shoot for retouch (if needed) and wardrobe changes.
YOUR MATERNITY SESSION
Some clients choose tasteful and artist nude or semi-nude portraits, while others ask for more fully clothed photos with outfits that will enhance their belly; and some clients want both styles which is what Gigi’s work offers. Whichever style you choose, Gigi will make sure that you feel comfortable, beautiful, and empowered and you will love literally all your photos, having most deserved to be a Wall-Art in your home. Throughout your personalized photoshoot with Gigi, she will skillfully guide you on posing, wardrobe and more while providing a luxurious experience day with us.
RETOUCHING
Professional Photo Retouching is included in your session and it is made in the house, which means we don’t outsource it. Please keep in mind that we do the minimal, but if there is any details on you that you want to remove, let us know.
DISPLAYING YOUR ART
Gigi’s style will give you quiet very artistic portraits and you will experience the feeling of seeing yourself in Print. Your chosen images will be displayed in a luxurious Box along with your digitals. We also offer Wall-Art and it is amazing seeing your favourite photographs printed on museum quality paper and enlarged to fit the space on the walls at your house. We offer enlargements in different styles, depending on your preferences. Both Wall.Art and luxurious box are printed in Italy.
